Double booths are the fastest way to add seats to the center of a dining room, but tall backs fight with hoods hanging from the ceiling. This booth lowers the shared spine to about 43 in (110 cm) overall so it sits below telescoping hoods and their ducting, while still giving each side a proper back.
Design details
- 59 in (150 cm) per side, seat height 18 in (46 cm)
- Shared spine 7 in (18 cm) thick, topped with an oak cap wide enough for glasses and a phone
- Deep charcoal commercial leather in horizontal channels; contrast piping
- Rounded ends so passing carts and guests do not catch corners
- Closed plinth base that resists grease and is easy to mop around
The dimensions were set against typical overhead hood drops, but every room is different. We draw the booth together with your hood positions and confirm clearances before production.
Options: length per side, cover color (commercial leather or vinyl), piping color, oak or walnut cap, single-sided version against a wall.
