Why Simmer Table exists
Hot pot and Korean BBQ restaurants ask more of their furniture than almost any other dining room. Each table carries a cooktop. Each booth sits beside a boiling pot, under an exhaust hood or next to a loaded cart. Standard restaurant tables with a hole cut in the top tend to fail in predictable ways: cutouts that do not match the burner, bases that trap heat, cords trailing across the floor, veneers that lift around the pot within months.
Simmer Table is a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture, set up to make this one category properly for operators in the United States, Canada and Australia. We design the table around the burner, the booth around the hood and the cart around the aisle.
How we work
Every project starts with drawings. You send the floor plan, seat count and the burner or grill you have chosen; we return a layout and a quote, then dimensioned shop drawings for every table, booth and cart. Cutouts, ventilation openings, service doors and cable exits are all shown. Nothing goes into production until you or your designer approve those drawings, and a pre-production sample can be made first.
Because every piece is made to order, sizes, tops, upholstery (including your own material, COM/COL), foam and finishes are all specified per project. Foams and contract-grade covers can be specified to your market's rules on request, and test reports for specific items are provided when available.
The factory
Simmer Table furniture is made at EASEN's own production base in Lecong, Shunde District, Foshan, China, one of the world's largest centers for furniture manufacturing and trade. Wood frames, upholstery, stone and metal suppliers sit within a short drive of each other, which is what lets us combine a stone top, a ventilated wood cabinet and a steel cart in one order. We ship factory-direct in export packing by sea, quoted FOB, CIF or DDP. We do not have a local warehouse; we have a production line and a drawing desk.
Typical lead times are 30-45 days for standard designs and 45-60 days for custom work after approval, plus transit, always confirmed in the quote.
Who it is for
Independent owners opening their first hot pot, KBBQ or ramen restaurant; groups rolling out a second or tenth location; and the designers and contractors who fit them out. If you have a floor plan and a burner spec sheet, we can start.
Experience behind the line
The EASEN team has furnished Asian dining rooms close to the source of the cuisine, including a hot pot restaurant in Hanzhong, Sichuan restaurants in Beijing and Hangzhou, and the CHIO cafe-lounge in Guangzhou. Simmer Table brings what those projects taught us about heat, grease and long, busy services to restaurants overseas.
