Hot pot guests stay longer than most diners and spill more than most diners. A good hot pot booth is therefore comfortable for 90 minutes and easy to wipe in 90 seconds. That changes the upholstery, the seams and the shape of the seat.
Details that matter in a hot pot room
- Seam direction. Horizontal channels with seams that shed liquid rather than collect it.
- Front edge. A rounded seat front and a recessed toe space so knees do not hit the box and mops reach under.
- Closed seat box. No open underside for steam, grease and dropped noodles to settle in.
- Commercial-grade covers. Vinyl or commercial leather with a high abrasion rating; fabric only where you accept the cleaning trade-off, ideally with a stain-resistant finish.

Every booth set can be ordered with the matching hot pot table, chairs and an ingredient cart, so one drawing package covers the whole bay. Foam and covers can be specified to meet CAL TB 117-2013 on request, and test reports for specific items are supplied where available.
