Ingredient Carts & Dining Chairs

Rolling ingredient carts and commercial dining chairs that match the hot pot tables and booths they serve.

Ingredient Carts & Dining Chairs

In a hot pot or KBBQ room the cart is part of the table. It parks at the end of each table with plates of meat, vegetables and noodles, so it has to be the right height, the right footprint for your aisles and stable when loaded.

Ingredient carts are built as three or four tiers on a wood or powder-coated steel frame, with raised lips so plates do not slide off when the cart is pushed, and locking casters.

Chairs are matched to the booths: the same upholstery, the same wood tone, with cleanable seats and frames built for daily commercial use.

Item Standard size
Ingredient cart, 3 tier 16 x 24 x 32 in (40 x 60 x 80 cm)
Ingredient cart, 4 tier 16 x 24 x 39 in (40 x 60 x 100 cm)
Caster 2-3 in (50-75 mm), two locking
Dining chair seat height 18 in (46 cm)
Dining chair footprint about 20 x 22 in (50 x 56 cm)

Measure your aisle before you choose a cart: the cart should park inside the table's footprint or along the booth end without cutting the walkway below the width your plan requires.

Why match carts and chairs to the tables? In a busy room, guests see the cart and chair before they see the table. Ordering them in the same wood tone, metal finish and upholstery as the tables and booths keeps the room coherent and lets one drawing package cover everything, from the cutout in the table to the casters on the cart.
